More delish from Hot Dish country, deep in German Minnesota portrayed in All Your Pretty Dreams! This dish combines two favorites from the region, Kielbasa sausage and homegrown apples. You can make your sausage at home too, if you want. ‘She Likes Kielbasa Polka’ is a real polka tune, in all its naughty glory. When Jonny Knobel’s grandfather requests it at polka mass in the Catholic Church, the family polka band, the Notable Knobels, has no choice but to play it, even if the priest turns pale.
Perfect for a cool autumn evening. Fire up the grill and enjoy.
